Hotel Santa Teresa Resort by Mangia’s is located in the heart of Costa Smeralda, in the north of Sardinia. A privileged location, with easy access to the beaches, and a perfect orientation for stunning sunset views.
It is an adult oriented hotel, it belongs to the Hotel Investment Partners group and from Room1804 we are in charge of the renovation project of the different types of rooms, as well as the common areas of the entire hotel; raising its category to 5 stars.
We also designed a Premium area, creating a new Infinity pool for the guests of this space.
In the rooms, with a fabulous panoramic view of the Mediterranean, a calm, cosy and warm atmosphere is proposed, achieved through the use of wood and neutral fabrics.
In the common areas, atmospheres are proposed that are closely linked to the local architecture, both in the way the arches are used in the space and in the use of materials, stone and terracotta finishes. As for the fabrics, neutral, patterned and geometric colours are proposed to give a touch of elegance and uniqueness integrated with the colour palette of the surroundings.
