Smart Rental Gran Vía 47 has become the flats of reference in one of the busiest streets of the capital, Gran Vía. Within walking distance of emblematic places, the Cibeles Palace, the Retiro, Puerta de Alcalá, Sol and many museums and cultural offerings, the flats have all the services to fully enjoy Madrid.
Room1804 was in charge of the interior design project of the flats, the common areas and the fantastic rooftop on the roof of the hotel, from which you can enjoy a wonderful 360º view of the Madrid skyline and the Gran Vía.
The decoration was designed so that, whether you are travelling to Madrid for business, pleasure, as a couple or as a family, these flats become an ideal place for the visitor, being their home during the days they spend in the city.
For the interior design project we were inspired by the design of the Gran Vía, which combines elements of modernist architecture, turning it into a mixed and eclectic street. We also took references from Madrid’s art deco, typical of the 20s and 30s of the 20th century, with its particular bright colours and references to the luxury of that time.
The combination of vibrant colours and contrasting fabrics make the flats a comfortable, comfortable and fun place to stay. We also include contemporary furnishings, elegant wall decorations and disruptive artwork that reflect the essence of Madrid.
The rooftop was designed to enjoy the views of the city and turn it into an oasis in the heart of Madrid, regardless of the time of year. A project that has made locals and tourists alike fall in love with Madrid.
