The Fairmont Heritage Place Mayakoba Residences capture the essence of the Riviera Maya.
That point was central to the interior design project, which fuses the beachfront setting, the use of natural materials and the Caribbean spirit.
Fairmont Heritage Place Mayakoba is a boutique collection of elegant three-bedroom private residences and four-bedroom penthouses, with spacious terraces and private pools.
Room1804 designed the interior design of the residences and penthouses; in the residential collection we used double height ceilings that provide visual space to the room, sliding doors to allow more natural light to enter and handmade details of natural stone, tiles and wood.
The location of the houses was decisive. Set amidst the lush vegetation and surrounded by Mayakoba’s tropical jungle, we opted for sophisticated interiors that seamlessly integrate the interior with the exterior of the residences. In this way, guests can enjoy absolute privacy and exclusivity.
