The Elche Centro Affiliated By Meliá hotel is located in the heart of the Spanish Levante region. A perfect urban hotel for business trips, holidays or family trips, as it is very close to the train station and the Congress Centre of Elche.
In Room1804 we carried out the interior design project of the 66 rooms that make up the hotel, as well as the common areas of the hotel.
We designed an open concept ground floor where the reception, lobby, bar and restaurant are combined. The aim was to make the common areas more spacious and visually wider.
The guidelines for this project were based on the location of the hotel itself, Elche, a Mediterranean city characterised by its palm groves, which occupy some 500 hectares and make it one of the largest in the world. The sculpture of the mysterious Lady of Elche also inspired us as an example of art and elegance.
The renovation includes Mediterranean tones and colours in the rooms, such as green, which adds dynamism and elegance to the room. The use of light woods creates a feeling of spaciousness, which, together with the open concept wardrobes, make the rooms a relaxing, comfortable and elegant place where guests want to spend time.
