Senior Architect graduated from the San Pablo CEU Polytechnic University and with a master’s degree in Real Estate from the IE University (GMRED).

He began his professional career as an associate at the architecture firm Foster + Partners, focusing on team coordination and design of iconic projects ranging from residential, hotel and office developments to large infrastructure projects.

Subsequently, he assumed leadership roles in the international architecture and engineering company AECOM, leading teams in various projects, from hotels and residences to infrastructure as well as the strategy, consulting, real estate and business development departments.

Currently, Juan is director of Room 1804, supervising and directing both projects and teams internationally, being globally responsible for the offices in Spain, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Miami.
